Within minutes of arriving we were taken to a VIP desk and met William. He told us he was trying to get us an upgraded room and gave us some vouchers for free coffees and discounted meals. He asked if we’d join them for a chat on Hilton Grand Vacations. For 90 minutes of our time, we receive a $100 in vouchers and 2 nights free accommodation. He guaranteed there would be no hard selling and gave us this in writing for us. We went along to the talk to quickly realise it was timeshare in a hotel room. The sales pitch was aggressive and we left 2 hours later with a very bad taste in our mouth’s. The sales rep was rude and got upset that we wouldn’t invest. Be aware if you are staying here!

Asked for late checkout from desk on Sunday and was told yes then housekeeping came at 10 and said we had to go I checked at desk and they said there was no late checkout in system so girl I talked to never put that in and told me she did
