There was a longer wait for breakfast than dinner
My husband and grandkids traveled to this location for a fun family time. We headed downstairs to have breakfast where our first not so good encounter happened. We asked our waiter if they had tea and he said no, so we pointed out the boxes above the coffee machine and he said “oh, you mean hot tea?” So we said yes and asked what type of teas you carry and he said I don’t know, I can’t see that far if you wanna go look you can. We shook that off and proceeded to have a good day. We were meeting up with our other family somewhere else at 10am and left back to our room with plenty of time to meet them as we did not know our room keys would not work. I went to the front desk and let them know, the girl reset it and said that it should work but it didn’t. I went back down and again she said it would but again it didn’t. We had an 11 month old who needed to be changed at this point I called on the phone for someone to come open they said they would I called 2 times and after a 40 min wait we were finally able to get in at this point making us an hour late for our planned events. We were already pretty upset because 2 housekeeping ladies told us this happens with this room all the time so leads me to believe that this will in fact happen to another guest. I also forgot to mention that the first night, our TV did not work and we called but nobody ever showed up to fix it. The room with the twin beds my grand kids couldn’t sleep because the light and sound from the elevator is bright and noisy.
It was very frustrating to have the baby in a dirty diaper and not be able to help her and it felt like the staff wasn’t working fast enough to resolve this issue
