A wonderful quiet and comfortable property with an absolutely amazing buffet at the Lotus restaurant and amazing, friendly, and attentive service. This hotel is across the street from the newly constructed Grand Egyptian Museum, but is not easily walkable due to a high speed road in the way. Arrange transportation to the pyramids and the GEM. Many rooms have pyramid views.
This embassy suites is in an ideal central location of midtown Manhattan. Smaller than your average embassy suites, but this is typical for hotels in New York City. We had a handicap accessible room on a high floor and the views of the Empire State Building was amazing! Arrive early for breakfast or happy hour to grab a seat. This is a popular hotel. The beds are super comfortable, and our room was quiet. A great stay. Note: this hotel is currently charging a $30 per night 'urban destination fee' that can be used as a credit for additional food and drink.
This was such a lovely hotel! We had a spacious room with 2 queen beds and a fireplace at the end of the main building. The bathroom was small but upgraded with tile and granite countertops and was super clean. Very comfortable beds! We loved the gorgeous indoor pool, hot tub, and great gym located on the 2nd floor over the lobby with lots of windows overlooking the town and the nearby ski slope. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety and delicious Boyd's coffee. This hotel is in walking distance to the historic Jackson Square just a few blocks away. A great stay!
