The location couldn't be better.Everything in the walking distance. The casino the falls restaurants were all within walking distance..The facility was clean the check and was easy.The checkout was fast. The room was clean and tidy.The Towels are clean and fresh. It had two pools and a restaurant... we were a hundred percent over all very happy...

Make sure to select the breakfast on your rate otherwise you won't get breakfast. But around there's many places to have breakfast that are better than the breakfast at the restaurant attached to the hotel

Like the brick hallway. Slept well on the bed. Big room. Room smelled clean but there was mild musty smell coming from HVAC wall unit when heater was initially turned on.

Poor sound proofing. Poor room ventilation but room had sliding doors. Don't order steak from Coco's. Rip off.

Friendly helpful staff.. Close to skylon and fallsview casino.. Clean room.. Great restaurant

The hotel is very close to tourist attractions like Skylon Tower and within a fair walking distance from Niagara Falls.

The private bathroom was disappointing, with visible mould and stains near the ceiling. Although the booking stated that breakfast was included, it wasn't a buffet. You could only choose one item and one drink (like coffee). While kids under 11 are supposed to eat for free, the options were neither adequate nor child-friendly. I wish these details had been made clearer during the booking process. At check-in, we were told that breakfast would be served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. My husband even checked the information on the phone that morning. However, when we went to the lobby around 7:15 AM, we were told it wouldn’t start until 8:00 AM. Another thing to note: after breakfast, the staff member mentioned that while the breakfast itself was free, the service was not—implying that a tip was expected. It would have been helpful to know this in advance. Lastly, I noticed some stains on the pillow sham, which raised concerns about the overall cleanliness.
