Not having a shower gown was a bummer. No room cleaning at all even for a 3 nights stay. Breakfast was good, had all the essentials but i do wish there were more variety. Room was very very dry. Parking is not directly connected to the building, was a bit uncomfortable

Although I purchased thru Booking.com I was constantly being ask even with a visit from front desk after checking in

The young woman who checked me in on Thursday evening did not place the suite in my name. When I came down for breakfast the next morning , I was advised my suite was in another person’s name. The gentleman at the front desk was overwhelmed with guest issues but he handled them all efficiently and the situation was resolved. I booked a king corner suite, the room did not appear to be clean, no one attended to the room during the 3 night stay. It was a late check in after driving 6 hours and we wanted to rest. Fresh linens were not provided, trash was not emptied. I am a Hilton Honors member and I believe in loyalty but it seems Hilton does not. This is my second stay at a Hilton location in 1 week that I felt the standard was found wanting.
