Clean and spacious.

Main bed was not to our liking. It was too stiff for us.

The room was larger than necessary

There were bugs in the kitchen drawers. You could see remnants of old bugs under the glass in the painting above the bed. They also charged a resort fee that they never warned us about.

We arrived very late and the security guard was very nice and got us checked in, the next morning hotel employee at the front desk was fantastic, very informative and friendly!

Honestly, I booked for the location and price.

Units in D building back to the road and slight hill. The road noise gets pretty loud with trucks going up/ down hill starting around 5 am. Window AC units were old and quite loud. Likely underpowered for the size of the rooms and the tropial climate.
