Location is excellent Tea on arrival is a nice touch

Over priced. First room smelt badly and had to move rooms. Second room had not been cleaned properly. Overall a very disappointing experience.

The room service wasn’t good. Of the 6 listed options, they only had one available when we ordered and when it arrived it was cold.

The staff do not communicate very well with each other. We were told so many different things by different staff members. Closing the restaurant and bar for a function on a busy weekend was stupid. One lady said no drinks before 5 another said yes . One man said I could redeem my Accor points even tho I booked through booking com. One lady said no you can’t. I don’t think anyone knows what’s going on. Won’t be coming back

Was handy location wise. Comfortable bed.

Broken toilet, that wasn’t cleaned properly or fixed when reported. Luke warm shower. When ordering late food was told out of stock of everything and to order Uber eats! No apology. Expensive for the cramped room. Staff were barely interested.

Room was small, bed was too small and I thought I had booked twin beds, had twin beds at all other locations on trip.

Great location, super comfortable bed

Slightly underwhelming room…old building with only windows to the front facade rooms ours (down the hall) had frosted /faux windows from a light well so felt quite cave like…had a disabled bathroom so a walk-in shower with only shower curtains wasn’t really the luxury we were expecting.
