It was beautiful

It was very busy and hard to get into

Clean and safe environment.

The room did not have a small refrigerator . I would think for the cost of the room it would have had a small fridge. Unfortunately, no microwave either.

The hotel was pretty but you could easily experience it for free at any time.

There was no breakfast and really no way to get food until 11 other than Starbucks, so if you have meal restrictions it’s not beneficial. We had to leave or DoorDash pretty much any time we wanted to eat. The staff was rude and acted as if they did not have the time of day for you. Genuinely could have paid half the price at a different hotel and then enjoyed the lobby of the hotel because it was clearly open to any person if the public. Honestly I loved the spa, but again that can be used by the public you don’t need to stay here to enjoy that. I wish I was told that valet was literally only like $3 a night more. The receptionist was accommodating and actually took the charge off for the self-parking because of this. The pool is confusing because there was adult swim time on some days but not all days however they definitely still had signs up for this time. The lady who requested us to leave was HORRENDOUSLY rude. It is just I expected more from this establishment and was very very very underwhelmed. I feel like they rely a lot on how pretty their hotel is and for the price it just did not impress.
