Na
I didn’t want to leave!! The staff, the scenery, the atmosphere was all above board. I didn’t even mind the construction outside. Can’t wait to return
I have nothing to complain about
Very positive. Wonderful staff Difficult to find due to Alamo construction but valet gave excellent directions
Beautiful hotel, great location and staff. However we stayed in the historic part of hotel and didn’t realize our bed was a full size! It was tiny and an old mattress. It was so uncomfortable. Also in the middle of the night I got up to use the bathroom and there was a cockroach…and not the tree kind. It was a German cockroach the kind that means there is an infestation
Someone came in our room while we were out and stole a $ 200 pair of Oakley sunglasses and a $100 bottle of cologne.
Great hotel with so much history and character, and a great reputation for being haunted, although we didn’t see any ghosts lol. Friendly staff, we asked to check in early and they had our room ready for us with no hesitation. The room was also very comfortable but our room faced a building site and they wasn’t mentioned beforehand.
The parking in the area is extremely expensive, we used valet parking from the hotel and this was also $50 per night so can be costly if staying for a few nights.
