The staff was very unprofessional.... The tall guy would not give me his name after I told him I say a roach in my room. He immediately got defensive and told me that he was not going to give my deposit back and that I was to call the cops if I wanted to get my deposit back and I told him that I come here all the time so his attitude was not needed that morning and on top of that I usually pay with a credit card but for the night of the 14th through the 15th he told me that I had to pay in cash and I asked was this new and he said no but his attitude was just unprofessional and he also threatened me that if I booked there again that he would not go through with my reservation I stay at the super 8 often and for him to come off like he did is making me say that I don't want to stay at the super 8 ever again because he was very rude and very disrespectful
