Rooms are beautiful - modern and lovely bathroom and spa (great small gym and the rainforest shower is amazing) although layout for spa a little different without interconnecting changing rooms or hooks to hang things in the spa. Amazing pool and outside Terrance and fantastic location.

The hotel is clearly new and either for that reason or because it was end of the season it felt a little disorganised. On arrival there was a big group leaving and it felt like the 4 staff were overwhelmed. The restaurant food was average for the price and the set up strange and cold - you were in the breakfast area with a view of the half ready breakfast set up for the morning. It was hit and miss on the serving staff some excellent - some not so much with us having to ask for breakfast menu. If the hotel team came together a little more it would be a true 5* experience to match the setting.
