The weekday breakfast employee was excellent

Poor response to disability needs - Room not disability accessible = no WC ability for shower access. Toilet seat broken & took 2 days to respond with toilet seat. Strong smell of tobacco & marijuana present throughout room. Swimming pool not cleaned.

Check-in process was easy

the room we got was advertised as a queen room, but actually had two full-size beds. The mattresses were so sung in in the middle. It looked like they had been used 1000 times sheets were old and musty room carpet and even appeared to have mold.

Really nothing tickled my fancy

A Wall Plug with 2 plug ends 1 plug had been burnt (.black ) lamp that was in that corner could not be plugged in. Rooms need to be update an Building need repairs

Super convenient location, rapid check in and out process. And it was cheap.

Room smelled a bit smokey when we entered but we were too tired to try to get it changed. Carpet was a bit torn up. The bathroom fan oscillated and the light took a while to turn on.

Nothing! Very dirty,including the pool!

The hotel was very dirty! The room smelled like mold,the room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. The staff was rude. The free breakfast was horrible and the room to eat in was dirty. What a rip-off!

I was able to get a refund for my additional night stays after staying only one night.

Room smelled musty. Toilet would not completely flush. Shower did not drain well. Overall did not seem clean and needed updated.
