The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were very comfortable. The rooms had a kettle and instant coffee/nestquik options. They also provided a couple of small bottles of drinking water. I would stay here again for a short trip/layover in Madrid.

A taxi (or 10 minute walk to a bus stop) is required to get to the city. No shops/restaurants within walking distance and walking around the neighborhood is not recommended. Without hote airport shuttle (4/trip) I would not have stayed at this hotel.

No choices of restaurants near by

No free parking is available. It didn't include free breakfast; when we bought it we didn't see it wasn't included. Usually, when you pay for a four-star hotel, you expect a free breakfast.

The staff

Tv never seems to work. Staff always help. Thermostat seems wonky. Does not matter what you set it at.

The staff were great and helpful both at the reception and restaurant area. The burgers were the best I have had anywhere that I have been in Europe. All Mediterranean countries. And reasonably priced .

It may have been my mistake but I had thought it was closer to the train station at Charmartin. That was a little costly BUT that was only because the first circaneas train started its run from the airport at the same time that I had to be at the train.

Nothing extraordinary

They charged me twice the cost of the hotel even though they knew it was a mistake that the same transaction was executed twice because the card was not processed on the first attempt.

Friendly staff, close to airport.

Mediocre dining facility, charged for decent coffee and hot tea. Claimed instant coffee in room was a good alternate.

The restaurant was a bit pricey, and if you wanted any extras, it all came with a price.
