Absolutly Number ONE Very clean Evrything top
Very clean, very nice personnel, especially Jillian, the concierge. Hotel is swanky as we expected it would be.
Housekeeping didn’t speak English nor did they restock toilet tissue, coffee, cups and sugar. Glad I had creamer and Splenda

The pool should be open till later in summer. Could change the water heater since the water takes soooo long to warm up such that you end up showering in cold water. Called the handyman at 1 am and has to open up all the bath tub hot water, the washing basin hot water for the shower water to warm up. No bathrobe, empty basic kitchen utensil. Took too long to reply message sent to property. Wrote twice and was answered only upon on the 2nd day after checking in whereas a reply should be responded sooner before check-in in othre 5 star facility.
This was the most enjoyable hotel stay I have ever stayed in, and I travel a lot. Everyone from the check-in staff to the bartenders, hospitality, and even the kids working the pool were so kind and helpful. The room was amazing! We had a king suite on the 44th floor, and it was so spacious and beautiful. I will definitely recommend this hotel to people and will hopefully stay in a Trump hotel again. If you want to feel appreciated and pampered, this is the place to go!
There was nothing that I did not like!
The windows were a bit dirty, and the jacuzzi in room 49.09 wasn’t working — but honestly, it didn’t ruin the overall experience. The hotel was great!
