Be ready that the room service will ring and knock your door very HARDLY everyday at 8 am If you are a night owl and you’re still sleeping at 8 am - this is utterly your problems Be also ready that the room service personnel may even break into into your room in case if you haven’t screamed enough loud 2. The cleaning personnel doesn’t speak English. Even the elementary vocabulary like “plate”, “glass”, “toilet paper” etc You must be Hispano Hablando in order to success into your needs 3. Once we have been waiting for 4 plates and the cutlery for 2,5 hours Eventually my husband got it by himself The front desk has tried to convinced us that this is not their responsibility and they have nothing to do with it :)))) 4. We got the final bill with the upcharged services that we never used, and we were made to come back to the hotel to Fix it. Finally after wasting and waiting for 2 hours , we got our document with the right amount of spended money But The next day we have received our deposit back that was not counted correctly and Mondrian still upcharged us, despite of the right proforma 5. The renovation into the hall and the rooms is … passeble. The most appropriate and a soft word. Onboard it’s kinda tired… 6. The lady at the front desk said that we have the free drinks at the sky bar.

Good location

The Staff and service were apathetic at best. Almost as if they couldn’t be bothered I expected more tbh

Location of property was great. Corner room had a good view. Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious.

Room and hallways looked beat up. Cleanliness of room was subpar. Property was not as pristine as the pictures make it out to be. Some front staff were very dismissive, others we helpful. Housekeeping did not come for our room despite a specific request. Parking was expensive, so we opted to park a few blocks away on Alta Loma Road for $42 overnight.

The hotel was rather rundown with common parts that need redoing breakfast turns up in plastic plates and is very declasse. I asked for a bath and I didn’t get one.. you could hear the the people who were above me. My bedroom had good views and was very nice, but it was not what I asked for.

The service was very mediocre.

The room was spacious and the staff was very friendly and ready to offer a hand whenever help was needed. The layout of the room was also nice with the big sofa alongside the two decent sized beds.

The hotel has no good facilities at all. The tv itself didn't offer any good SMART capacities such as the bare minimum of offering Netflix or Youtube integrated is the least I'd expect from the price which was paid for this hotel. The wide windows had to be closed the entire times due to the lack of privacy that they offered in which the entire room can be seen into by just the adjacent side of the building. The hotel's nightlife invites very vulgar raunchy individuals into the lobby past the hours of sunset that made our stay very uncomfortable as we were not able to enjoy the hotel's nightlife due to the crowd which they invite. This is a hotel that claims to be quite family-friendly and has nowhere listed that that is not the case as we would not select this accommodation if we knew the environment that it fosters which seems very inappropriate and rowdy majority of the time.
