It’s a beautiful location and hotel. Plenty of food options. Friendly and helpful staff.

The showers could use an update, and more shuttles to self parking (it’s so far away and there is only one shuttle).

We got the peace we were looking for.

Really great hotel - lovely room and facilities. Excellent room service.

Only one small thing- the hotel doesn’t do a good enough job of keeping the front clear of waiting cars. We struggled to get our Uber to the airport in a rainstorm.

Extensive grounds and pool temps were perfect.

One hour tub wasn't working the entire 4 nights we were there. Rooms are VERY dated and in need of an upgrade. Rooms are ridiculously far away from the elevators. No free bottled water in rooms. Plastic cups in rooms instead of glass. Tiny bottles of toiletries instead of shower mounted bottles. Hodge podge of room lighting with multiple different color temperature bulbs.

The landscape and the pools were great. The entire staff of the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful

Unfortunately it was freezing in the lobby area and especially in the breakfast restaurant.
