I loved the pool bar
Parking was confusing
The shuttle bus to Universal city walk from which you walk to adventure island or Universal Studio is very convenient. I haven't waited more than 5 minutes for a shuttle. The staffs at the reception are very friendly and helpful.
I would like to see more food choices. During my week there, the menu in the hotel's Cafe (pier 8 market) hardly changed. A rotating menu would be nice.
It's noisy. There is zero sound proofing, you can hear quite literally everything. Within a few hours we knew our neighbors kids names, where they had been that day etc - all through the wall.
