The staff was amazing and very helpful.
When I got into my room. I didn?t use the microwave the first day. So the next day when I opened it there was a waffle from the previous guest. Indicating that. The room was not cleaned thoroughly before I was given my room
The lady at the desk was not a very nice person. Didn't Even say hello when I was standing there by the desk waiting for help. Plus I'm still waiting for my deposit to come back.

BED BUGS! Its dirty! Honestly I should have asked for a refund as soon as I saw the condition of walkways! I was rushing so I dropped off my items and left. I got back late and just crashed. The next morning is when I woke up itchy and noticed everything
Outside needs cleaned / the so called breakfast was basically non existent! Bagels , cereal and a old coffee machine that looked like it could use a good cleaning

The room had no refrigerator. Outside noises from other people was loud! The staff hung around outside a lot! The bathroom needed more cleaning!
The GM is very professional and welcoming! Remembered me from previous stays.
