Minor: the water kettle can burn you if you are clumsy like me

Circular door is push not automatic

Breakfast was very good. There were plenty of options all of excellent quality. The restaurant was also excellent. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. There is a large public space with a bar area so you are not confined to your room. Good weather permitting, you can also sit in the roof garden and enjoy the jasmine blossom and fabulous views. The hotel is conveniently located at the side of the main station.

I asked for tea one morning instead of the usual excellent coffee. The obliging staff brought a pot of hot water and a tea bag. I put this down to cultural differences!!! Everything else was perfect

Hospitality. Luca at the front desk was especially helpful.

Beautiful large bedroom as we requested So quiet. We couldn’t hear anything All the staff ,housekeeping , breakfast staff , front desk staff were always smiling and wishing us a good day Good location opposite the train station
