The rude customer service that is tolerated with the night shift gentleman they have on duty . This guy doesn't need to be around any customers whatsoever. I needed a review for work and the reciets I was given had a completely didn't card number and type of card I used . I explained that this was unacceptable. The reason why is I would not be reimbursed by my company with a receipt with a card that's not the one I used . The employee argued with me to the point he was yelling at me telling me that it was a digital card number that's used instead of the physical card . I explained how it can be a digital master card , when I used an American Express! It got the point with this guy that I asked for his manager's contact information which he told me go to hell I couldn't have it , I asked for the corporate number and he told me" you have a phone , Google it ". At that point I just went to my room , 2 hours later I left the room to grab something out of my vehicle and the guy was sitting in the middle of the hallway. I was about 4 rooms down from where he is sitting in the middle of the hallway facing the direction that my room was in . Total Creep felt uneasy and unsafe and will never book there again I will not recommend anyone to ever stay at this establishment . Worst experience in a hotel I have ever had because of this guy.

The room was very clean. Your cleaning staff should be commended.

The breakfast food was cold eggs and sausage both days we were there. The toaster was broken. There was no orange juice available. The breakfast was unacceptable. The door to the room did not deadbolt. The toilet seat was loose. Needed replaced. The manager at first said he could not print off a receipt for me. I said I needed a receipt for my records, he finally printed one.

Very basic room and breakfast. Nothing special
