The convenience of where it was!! Close to the Falls, and all the excitement. The front desk staff Giagam,Tammy Agatha. They sure made you feel right at home!! They were always a welcome sight, willing to go the “extra mile”to make our stay comfortable & enjoyable! Keep up your great “hospitality”, the world needs more caring people like you all !!!
My husband has long legs, and the toilet was too low for his comfort.

Costly in terms of facilities provide. Parking was extra cost which was unclear while booking the room
The manager Tammy was discriminatory towards my family, she checked us out before we even left the room, charged me a damage fee for smoking when there was no smoking not even vaping from any of us.There is voucherd provided per stay we did not recieve it. I asked for proof of the damages and a receipt as our house builders are paying for the stay. Front desk agent Gurvan advised its not possible and that she thinks we were smoking and to call back at 4 to speak with a manager. I advised as a Niagara resident I shouldn't be charged city tax or a tourism fee, they don't know what fees I am talking about. There was some type of biker convention going on in the parking lot where they were having a BBQ and many bikes were in the way of the back entrance, my daughter was scared to leave that way even though it was closest to our car. I will never book through booking.com or stay at a Days Inn. I find booking on the company site is much cheaper anyway.

On the day of check in at Days Inn, we found out that we were moved to another hotel nearby. The front desk said we get the same room in another hotel but when we got to another hotel they sent us the room was so small and i asked them they said that was the room that Days Inn asked them to provided for us.We were so disappointed.
The location was close to the center, it was convenient.
my son unfortunately slipped and fell in the bathtub due to its slippery surface.
