Staff were amazing!

paying for parking as a guest wasn't great. Then paying for parking to eat... it was adding up

the room unexpectedly had a refrigerator in it. didn't even know that.

the tv channels all stuck on analog. should be able to get digital channels by now over whatever feed the hotel is using

Everything was very nice and welcoming. Check in and check out was a breeze. The pool was nice and the complimentary breakfast was good as well. The room was clean

The only thing was that we were told the housekeeping service would come on the third day. We had left the do not disturb sign on the door by mistake and did not have housekeeping come in. We had inquired about it and they had told us someone would come up to the room right away. We waited about 30 minutes before deciding to get ready to go out for dinner. Approximately an hour after inquiring about housekeeping was when we left the room. We came back a few hours later and no one had been in the room. The situation was mostly frustrating as we were told someone would be up immediately and no one came.

Breakfast was good. Basic but gets the job done. Cookies are nice treat Quick access to parking lot. Love the suite which has extra room

Parking should be free. More channels should be added to TV. Bigger and softer towels would be nice. Better water pressure would be good.

Our room in this hotel turned out to be a 2 room suite with 2 queen size beds, a sofa, and a small table and chair set. I traveled with one of my friends, and we had plenty of room to spread out without crowding each other. We didn't have the room cleaned while we were there, but upon check in the room was very clean. The breakfast was more than adequate and varied by the day. We only had to walk about 10 minutes to be to Clifton Hill, the Falls, and the green line WEGO bus stop. It was a very quiet area with a nice convenience store on the corner. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

No cons worth mentioning.
