About the stay

Located in the hilltop village of Gordes Airelles Gordes La Bastide features 18th century décor and offers panoramic views over the Luberon valley from its many terraces and hanging gardens. Free WiFi is available anywhere in this Palace. Most of the spacious rooms and suites feature private bathrooms with a bathtub and some also include a separate shower. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels is provided. Buffet breakfast is available every morning. The hotel's restaurants L'Orangerie and Le Clover both feature Provençal cuisine made with Mediterranean products served with regional wines. More traditional meals can also be enjoyed in the vaulted dining room or on the shaded terrace with its view of the valley. Clover Gordes the restaurant by Chef Jean-François Piège also offer a unique grill experience. The Sisley Paris Spa offers an indoor swimming pool 4 treatment rooms and a fitness center. The outdoor pool in the garden is surrounded by a sun deck and offer unrestricted views of the valley. Guests may enjoy a refreshment by the pool. A Citroën 2CV car and electric bicycles are available. Secured parking is possible on site and car cleaning can be arranged free of charge. The property is a 50-minutes drive from Avignon TGV Train Station.

Unforgetable experience!!! Loved everything !!

We loved everything about our stay at La Bastide. There are outstanding views, big rooms, nice decor, and very helpful and attentive staff. Amazing breakfast with a big selection of different dishes. One of the best hotels we ever stayed at. We are already planning our next visit to La Bastide. Definitely recommend that place.

PROVENCAL ROMANCE IN LUXURY DETAIL

Hands down and by far the most TO DETAIL stay we have ever experienced during our world travel. This hotel exceeded the expectations from the second we arrived to the valet parking area, to the reception (just at sunset time :)), to the perks (basket, hat, pajamas,treats...) provided as welcome gifts, to the aroma of the whole property. to the tasteful and beautiful decor. The food was great at the restaurant and the view from our secluded table for dinner was super romantic. Personnel and their attire is immaculate. The Laduree ice creams by the pool, the spa, gym,...the knowledgeable Concierge monsieur was super kind and helpful. This place is sooo romantic. It is costly yes, but the go above and beyond to please guests and provide a unique experience,....which lasts to the second we left. On departure they gave us Laduree macaroons for the road, water, wet towels and even personalized with initial luggage letter tags!!!! just amazing....we will recommend to all those romantics looking for the most upscale and pampering experience.....congratulations to the master minds of this hotel !! location is so beautiful and sunsets are glorious to feel the provenzal wind. xoxo

Very nice staff. Good bed. Outrageous prices and avaerage catering

Staff. Very comfortable bed.

Catering was not up to the standard of a 4 or r star establishment. Breakfast was like anywhere else. Nothing special. Scambled eggs deserved a much better fate. Bar menu was fair/good but very expensive.
