Location!
Staff was rude, mattress was old and hard on metal box. Toilet paper on door. Not clean. Slept poorly. Overpriced.
The staff was very friendly and the location is amazing! The rooms and overall facilities are very clean and well kept.
The beds were uncomfortable as well as loud and squeaky.

Right across the street from the boardwalk!
No dining options within walking distance so you have to drive to eat dinner. With limited parking, moving your car once you have a safe spot doesn’t make sense.
