The foyer and staff were great we LOVED the shuttle and the staff’s willingness to help in anyway
The rooms were a little dated but clean and comfortable
room was clean, the front desk ladies were nice
but there was one front desk clerk who was rude. I can't remember his name, but he was a dark-skinned man and short and was there during check-out time. my daughter and i were there leaving to get on a cruise boat. Earlier we needed to use the printer to print out our boarding documents and the nice lady up front told me i could Bluetooth my phone to their printer to get it to print and work for me. that was fine. i went upstairs to get my belongings and when i came back down i asked this dark-skinned gentleman for help with the printer and explained to him what the lady said about Bluetooth. He grabbed my phone out my hand, rolled his eyes and said in a very condescending way "I don't know why that lady told you that because that's not how it works." then he proceeded to go through my emails to find what i was looking for, he printed my documents and sent me on my way. That incident was very uncomfortable with me and not very welcoming. He almost seemed annoyed i asked him to help me. This happened March 6th around 11am-12pm.
It’s was clean , they accommodated us by checking in early

Our reservation didn’t go through to the hotel and then we got there at midnight tired after our flight and had to stand around with your terrible customer service and theirs until 1:30am in the morning.
