I was assaulted by a squatter, and drug addict abeed asghar, who didn't have a room and security failed to monitor parking lot, and I was attacked and my car vandalized, damaged and my room needed maintenance and never received
Better security attention to maintenance and no squatter parking lot activity
Very friendly staff, very clean and well kept. We enjoyed our nice cup of coffee and muffins. It was filled with a variety of breakfast items.
The location was the only thing we didn’t like. A little busy outside the building..
I felt unsafe at this location. There where 7 to 10 homeless to the entrance of the parking lot and one of the older was urinating in a cup. Plus they were entering the parking lot. When ask about the homeless entering the parking lot. The employee said the have armed security. I did not say or check in. It wasn't worth the $120 to possibly get my vehicle broken into on a long trip.
Nothing
Not clean
If refund is solved, I will changed my review to positive. Arrived, couldn't enter the room (tech issues with the key) and unsafe neighborhood made me go to a different hotel and paid another $200. Booking.com has elevated the refund request. The property kept saying to call booking.com, while booking.com said that the hotel is responsible for the refund. The day receptionist Mr. Fasial is nice!
NOT able to open the room door, the magnetic key card didn't work for #331. Being reassigned to #231 would not solve the issue of the strong clorox smell coming from the jacuzzi / swimming pool right there. Unsafe neighborhood (homeless population next door). Despite 3 attempts to talk to the manager Gutpreet, she wasn't available.
Everything was fine until check out
