Nothing, because it was the worst experience of my life.

I was given a room that was dirty, with footprints from shoes on the sheets of my bed. Someone had walked on the place where I was supposed to sleep while wearing shoes. I went to the reception and asked to change rooms, and they gave me another one. When I entered the new room, I saw that the TV was broken. I returned to the reception again and told them that the TV in the room they moved me to was broken. They offered to change my room for a third time, but I told them I didn’t need a TV, as I was too exhausted to move again. However, I wanted them to know that the TV was already broken when I entered the room. The man at reception said it was fine, that it was their fault, and they apologized. Guess what happened the day after I checked out? They charged the cost of the TV to my bank account! When I called the manager, he was rude and dismissive of my complaint about being charged for the TV. I had a lot of negative experiences at this hotel. I will never stay here again.

There was blood on my pillowcases. There was hair in the shower. There was hair in the bed that wasn’t my hair that was there when I got there.

Staff was rude and could be understood, refused to print off a receipt and stated booking.com would email it to me (have yet to see it or find out how to access it). I had asked to have my ID shredded after leaving (which has never been a problem for me in the past when I’ve asked), again refused. The room location was far from the parking lot and the worst part maybe was just how dirty the whole place was aside from the lobby. The sheets were disgusting and had stains all over them, I chose to sleep on top and use my own blanket.

Room was clean

Giant party going on that kept us awake until 4:00 AM. TV kept cutting out and was unwatchable.
