The room smelled like pee the TV didn't wrk the lights didn't work the room wasn't clean it was very nasty the manager was very rude and not helpful I will never stay here again
Location was great! Easy check in. Beds were a little bit smaller than it looked in the picture, double beds looked more like full/twin beds. We had to blow up an inflatable to sleep in between the beds. Hot water, came with Breakfsst vouchers which we always love! But the only con were the bath TOWELS! Almost yacked!! Either they didn’t change the towels and just folded them back on the shelf, not sure but smelled like PISS! Thank God I brought my own towel. Other than that, check out was easy. Price was great!
Bath towels reaked like piss!
Bed and bathroom clean. Breakfast was ok
On second floor dogs continuously barking next door. Carpet is NASTY! Don’t think it has been cleaned since it was built. Something was spilled on side of box springs ant even what it was. Scared to black light the room
I liked the easy access to the highway. The room was comfortable
The TV was broken, but I didn't watch it anyway.
Quick trip to downtown. Deposit was returned few hours after check out.
Location is not good at all. Definitely worried about my car being parked there and my belongings. Friends staying in another room left early due to being worried.
In principle, the hotel is below average for the brand; the rooms are average and the breakfast is below average. The worst thing is security.
The worst thing is security. I'll share my experience: we forgot our backpack and the breakfast room, and 20 minutes later we went to look for it and it was gone. The staff couldn't help us find it or make much effort to try to get it back; they just told us to call the police. We later realized it had been stolen because someone used a debit card that was in the backpack. Looking more closely, as you can see in the photos, the hotel's fences are broken, and right behind the fence is a settlement of homeless people who use the hotel as a stopover.
