The breakfast, the pool
We had to ask more than once for towels and maid service didn’t come
The rooms smell disgusting and I have a 2 month old and 4 year old.
I got bit up by bed bugs
The price.
To not have been scammed. They screwed up my rooms and I had to stay in the room meant for my children. The room had blood on the bathroom walls, broken dresser drawers, and pink stained pillow cases. Apon check out I was charged for all the damages to the sum of $50.00. At check out I was in a long line of people complaining about the rooms and deposits. The pool had a thick film on the top and was surrounded by homeless people using it as a bathtub. There was also chuncky white foam stuff all over the top of the water. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.
Not much
I paid for a king bed got a 2 double beds, the T.V. Didn’t work
Check in/out was fine. Staff was friendly.
The room was very old, dated, and dirty. I didn't want to walk on the floor, and I didn't let any of our bags touch the floor. There were two chairs in the room that were filthy. There was a gaping hole in the wall in the bathroom that bugs could easily crawl through. And speaking of bugs, we killed several flying bugs in the room. When we pulled up, there were 4 men sitting on sidewalk who looked like they could be gang bangers. The hotel did have a security officer walking around the parking lot. Not sure he could have done anything besides call the police if someone was trying to break into a car. We also chose not to shower in the morning because the room felt so dirty, opting instead to wait 6 hours until we got home. We chose this hotel as it had 3 stars on Trivago and was only $75. Other 3 star hotels in the area were $175+ for the night. We made a REALLY bad decision choosing this hotel. The old saying "You get what you pay for" certainly applies in the situation. Had we not been so exhausted from driving 14 hours that day, I would have asked for a refund and left.
Having to put down a security deposit and having to wait for it to report to my account.
