The Palazzo at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas

check-in was quick, as was check-out. but overall there is no concern for guests. no one cares about guests. the room was not cleaned - crumbs from food on the sofa, no amenities in the room (no robe and slippers) and bathroom (no toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo was open from previous guests, no soap), towels smelled of vomit and cigarettes. at the pool, none of the staff cared that guests could not find a sunbed. half of the people just occupied sunbeds with towels and were not present at the pool. I personally watched 10 sunbeds opposite me - 2.5 hours no one came, but they were occupied by a towel, and the staff does not care about it

service in general - impossible to get through to reception to solve problems in the room with amenities, no care for guests, room is dirty, pools are overcrowded no sunbeds

Room is "huge", location is fantastic to my conference, facilities is good enough, pool view is good.

No FREE drinking water is provided, and the room outside view is not that nice. Room is too big for a single person.

Quality of the room, the view, parking.

Please note that the SPA indicated on their page is not included in the price. Moreover, to get into the SPA it is not enough to pay an additional fee of 100 dollars, the SPA employee set a condition about the need to order an additional package of services (200-300$) to access the SPA. This attempt to make an upsell looked like extortion and spoiled my impression of the wonderful hotel.

- Huge room - Large bathroom with both shower and bathtub - Entrance into the elevators from both Casino and shopping center level - you can pick the less busy one. - Great rideshare pickup location - some hotels make you walk a lot (e.g. Mandalay Bay), but at the Palazzo it is right below the arrival area and equal with the taxi stand - Close to the Sphere - Big fitness center - pretty much like a (smaller) commercial gym
