Excellent Location. Upgraded to higher floor without extra charges. Fantastic view of the city which is what we asked for. Friendly and helpful staff.
There is nothing we didn’t like.

Nothing really just if the bathrooms had more hooks to hang things esp for swimwears there was none after towels were hung
I loved how the rooms were cleaned up professional. I enjoyed the buffet. I loved my stay at the hotel.
We stayed at this hotel expecting a much higher standard for $600 a night, but unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. The entire place desperately needs renovations — everything looks like it hasn’t been updated in decades. The bathroom was particularly terrible: the tub was extremely low, the shower setup was so awkward it was almost impossible to wash your hair properly, and water splashed everywhere. We booked a room with a harbor view, but instead we got a view of the neighboring building. The furniture and decor were all outdated, and the hallway carpets had a terrible smell, like old socks. For the price, we expected something far more comfortable and modern. Would not recommend unless they do a full renovation.
