Grand Oasis Tulum Riviera - All Inclusive

At the Beach, proper sun chairs, variety of restaurants, nice pools (4).

The food is average. We mostly pay for the beach, the rest of the hotel is average. If I didnt pay the low season price it would not habe been worth it for me. I did not like the drinks.

The staff were exceptional!!!! They did everything they could to make our stay perfect. We got a room upgrade for our anniversary and booked a romantic dinner with them which was beautiful. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and always go the extra mile! We had a junior suite with direct beach access and whirlpool. The room was great and super comfortable. You don't need to book a table at any of the restarants and the buffet is big and easy to find something for everyone to like.

Due to the staff being so friendly, always smiling and being attentive, our stay was so great that we were not bothered by anything else.

Grand oasis Akumal is perfect if you just want to visit Tulum as a day trip but still want relaxing all inclusive resort vibes! The beach water is crystal clear and clean!

The a.c broke down one night and they did not have any alternate solutions like fans or water bottles, we were not able to sleep that night.
