This was by far the worst accommodations we have stayed in, having traveled to over 40 countries, including for medical quarantine work. The staff are rude and arrogant. Their communication skills are lacking. The rooms are 1.5 blocks up the hill and on the second floor of a very run down building, past the garbage dumpsters that are stored on the main level. The "spa" is a tiny dirty basement pool that is murky and unsanitary. Frankly it was creepy and disgusting, not relaxing at all. The gym was a tiny cramped space filled with too much equipment which was rather old and likely unsafe. The space also smelled very badly. The rooms were disgusting, hair on the bed sheets, stains on the floors, and the bathroom smelled of backed up sewage our entire stay. It was so bad you could not even enter the bathroom without the need to vomit from the smell. We both work in emergency healthcare so smells do not typically bother us; that demonstrates just how bad the smell was. We phoned multiple times and the staff refused to do anything about it other than sending someone up to the room who said nothing at all to us, didn't answer our questions, and just started spraying a can of air freshener everywhere before walking out without even speaking to us. I am personally allergic to fragrances and got to spend the rest of the night with a severe headache and breathing issues. We confirmed with the front desk manager they would fully refund us then we left without even having the "included breakfast". The manager stated they would have to contact bookings.com for us as they did not have our credit card information. We confirmed they would do this, and confirmed they would email us right away. But they lied and when they finally responded to our emails, they proclaimed they had to speak to a general manager (they never once said this to us) and then tried to change their refund to only a 20% discount.

Great location. Breakfast and its view were very nice

For nearly 700 for 2 nights in a supposedly superior room it was far too expensive. The room was barely adequate and furnished to the standard of a budget chain hotel( premier inn ). There was 1 electrical outlet in the bedroom and this was located over the desk. Only a usb port was available next to the bed. The bathroom was TINY and if the door was open you were not able to use the sink. There was a mini bar provided in the room with a small amount of drinks. No price list was provided and on asking at reception we were shown a copy of the list which contained items not in our minibar. The room we were given was in a separate building over the road from main hotel, there was no suggestion of this in the hotel description. The rooms were accessed up a staircase, or very old lift which were situated by a storage area for the bins! We were offered the use of the spa which we were able to book for an hour, unfortunately neither the sauna nor the steam room were working, one of the jacuzzis was not working either. The spa shower only had one setting. This happened to be scalding hot. No cold Water at all. The one toilet provided also didnt flush.

The rooms are run down. Chipped furniture and scuffed walls. Worse part was the constant smell of smoke in my bathroom. All they would do is spray it. If you dont like the smell of smoke, stay away from this hotel. Ruined my whole stay having to deal each day with the smoke filled bathroom. Fortunately, it didnt seep into the bedroom area as long as I kept the bathroom door shut.

The beds were very hard and pillows were not comfortable.

The bathroom is new and clean.

Carrying luggage to the adjacent building through stairs and an old elevator was inconvenient. The second room in the family suite lacked sufficient space between the wall and the bed. Additionally, the hotel's promotion was deceptive.

Location and it was safe It was clean

The room was across the street from the main hotel. The entry stunk, the elevator worked sometimes and the view from the room was the air conditioner unit and backs of other buildings. When we asked for a cab, the driver charged us 8 euro more than the cab that we got on the way back and the time was less by 5 minutes on the first cab.

We got put in the annex building even though when I booked the room it did not say it was the annex building. There was trash all over. The fall ways smelled like sewer fumes. The bathroom smelled like sewer fumes. The mini slit AC unit leaked water on.
