Where is the sense of service? Where is the humanity in that welcome? Was it fatigue or simply a lack of motivation? If so, it might be time to reconsider their career choice. Our arrival at 10:00 PM was met with a distant reception. Despite our attempt to order before the end of room service, it was denied at 10:01 PM. Additionally, our television was malfunctioning, though a technician did come to fix it. Our attempt to order through Uber Eats was unsuccessful as delivery to the room was not allowed. The order waits and cools at the reception desk without taking the time to assemble it for us. Upon heading down, I noticed five staff members at the front desk, seemingly waiting impatiently for their shift to end, showing no initiative. Is this the standard of a 4-star hotel? To me, it feels more like an enhanced 2-star. Elvira chose not to bring up our order, and Tho tried to defend this decision by mentioning services external to the hotel. Whether it's a night or a month, a hotel stay should be memorable. This experience certainly wasn't, and for all the wrong reasons.
Very clean and modern feel. Free tram around the metro
