Location, decor, the Nest and fantastic variety of breakfast.
That children cannot use the pool. Be nice if an hour in a day dedicated for use with those with children
We had a lovely stay. Friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfast on Sunday morning was uncomfortable. It was crowded and instead of a system where guests could wait for tables, they had guests walking around a large, multi-room dining area looking for their own tables. It was like a busy parking lot where everyone's just circling and you keep seeing someone who arrived after you get a table by being in the right place at the moment. It felt needlessly stressful, especially for a family with tired and hungry kids.
Fantastic, everything. Will definitely recommend & won't hesitate to stay again, if we ever return.
Nothing
I have lived and paid rent in 5 different continents, from Kazakhstan to Korea and even Russia, let alone Europe and Brazil. But I must say I never experienced such horrible encounter in my existence, and this happened surprisingly in Stockholm at the “Camper downtown Stockholm”. The unfortunate encounter is with the barman, feared by all and named “Vale” “Valentin”. I experienced and managed psychos in my entire life, being over 50. But this guy “Vale” / “Valentin” has been a deep rooted psycho that you don’t want to encounter or experience. If you go for a beer or dinner, you better make sure the guy (Valentin) likes your face. Or, he will hook with you - at any cost, and boy if he does not like you or your face, you will be treated like chicken or horse s..., in few seconds. He will bringing you down at any cost, and will seem possessed with some sort of eagerness to show he is “the boss of the moment” ….for one nice cold beer. Worth it ? I would say naa. If he does not get you the first night, he will try the next day. He will also influence other staff to perceive you the way he does. He actually did forbid them to serve me !!! The guys did abide coz more junior. A true bar and hotel terror this “Vale”. Really ? Stockholm, the land of welcomed differences ? Plenty of nicer hotels around. It is a petty coz I also saw nice guys and girls willing to make your stay ok. The question is why did the hotel management put him there, in contact with customers ? This is a mystery to me. He has the power to ruin your stay. And the hotel management did not seem to be able to do anything about it. Weak management perhaps. Sorry, but never again. Valentin (Vale), please get a different job. You are unhappy there.
