I couldnt turn off the AC manually. During the night, I took the card off the holder (all electronics would turn off) so that I would sleep comfortably. But I
I had booked a room for 2 people but on their end it was only one person. They confirmed that they had had this issue before with Booking.com but I was still expected to pay more to get access to the room instead of them accommodating when the fault was on theirs. Unfortunately because of the time of night and my elderly father being with me I had to pay the extra amount to get the room. They provided no tourist information, no information leaflet or even advice on what area was nice to visit or how best to travel to certain places. They literally said I dont know to everything. They were extremely unhelpful! The only good thing about this place was that a few of the staff were very nice - such as Ayla and Ali who always had a smile on their face and went out of their way to make our stay better.
Ive booked 2 nights and change to 1 nights before we get there and thery didnt cancel one night! This hotel is very old, the shower liking water. Very bad isolation we couldnt sleep because you heard the cars engine al night. And much more..
The pool is amazing. Food is good. Location is good.
Room cleans were awful. We went for 10 nights. On several occasions we were left no loo paper and had to ask for it. On 2 occasions the room was not cleaned and we had to request it. Staff are friendly, but many have little or no English. The shower drain was blocked and flooded the bathroom. Had to ask twice to be fixed. Air conditioning wasnt working on our first night. Guy came to fix it, and told us to leave it running, but it continued to blow hot air all night.
