Location was perfect.Hotel was nice but our room was dirty on the windows with greasy prints and handprints up against the glass! (Who knows what was going on there

I loved being pampered and...
It was next door to my destination but as I explored the downtown area also close and accessible to the major attractions I was interested in. The room was mindfully calm yet tastefully modern with next level features..soft closing drawers, higher end toiletries and bathroom. Loved and noted the attention to detail.
There was a short elevator issue and there was no alternative other than stairs…but the line of guests moved rather quickly. I only had an overnight stay, but didn’t have any other issues!

We couldn't get the the underground parking because Simcoe was closed!! Check out was awful, couldn't get an elevator to leave! Stood there for 40 minutes & decided to take 6 flights of stairs with our luggage & I have a lung disease...couldn't use the pool because check in is way to late!! Had a concert to go to by 6 p.m. Won't be back! SORRY!!

Excellent location with valet parking, very quiet at night.
No access to stairs from the lobby , only available from the floors.

Check in is at 4, which is a bit late. They have not kettle and was told that I had to ask for one. 300 $ a night for a room extremely bare and a checkin time that does not give you much time to settle in, is a bit grotesque.
