The Staff
The location of my room (near a railroad track and noisy the whole night).
All the staff went out if their way to make out stay great. Only real complaint is the pool was always cold. We asked every day if the heat could be turned on but it never was. We wanted to swim and there was never anyone in the pool. Other than that a great stay thanks to the staff.
