The falls view from my room

The dining staff on the first day - Saturday was amazing but on the second day, the service was poor. I barely saw a waitress come to the table to offer tea/coffee or just a check -in.

Location, view, reception , cleanwas amazing

I expected at least breakfast. But got nothing. Please smell hotel by providing complementary breakfast. Also water should be in the room. What a shameful thing to ask in this big hotel.

The view of the festival of lights over the Falls at night. Being able to see them from our Jacuzzi suite was awesome as well!

The air conditioner in our room was not working hot. We called the lobby and told them, they brought an electric heater, we plugged it in and went to sleep, we woke up with a heavy burning smell and a popping sound. The button on the electric heater melted and there was an electrical fault, the next day the bedside lamps and sockets were not working, we contacted the hotel, they mentioned a figure like a one-day refund, then they asked us to contact someone more authorized, we sent an e-mail and still haven't heard back, the holiday really turned into a nightmare, we waited for an engineer in our room for almost two hours and a series of things happened, I was really surprised, I went according to the comments on the internet, but I was really surprised like this and I am still waiting for a call back
