Staff were very friendly and helpful
Bed wasn't comfortable at all.
The breakfast was a little expensive
Good location. Clean. Fair for the price.
We have stayed here on a couple occasions and loved it .The location the cleanliness was top notch
The night we stayed on our last visit was horrendous. We where awaken by the file alarm at Midnight so we had to get up go a couple doors doors down and wake up the kids . Upon going down the stairs (Witch my wife and I are disabled was hard but we did it . Got down there to the Firemen in the lobby and 1 staff member there and still not told what to do so we just went outside and waited .30 min later we see some people going back in ( You would think the staff would come out and tell us ) we went back into the lobby and was listening to the staff member tell the firemen he had no clue on how to shut off the fire alarm ...another 20 min passed and they finally got the alarm off but then he had no clue on how to reset the elevators . We got the all clear from the firemen(not the staff member) to go back to our rooms , Upon being told that i said we are disabled and not able to go up 7 flights of stairs the firemen said they could carry me back up NO . I have never felt so uninformed about something ...The staff member was able to get the freight elevator working so we can finally go up after 1 hr of waiting since the alarm...The next day we came down to check out to see the manager was working the desk .We informed her about last night we got very little comfort from here other then we told her about the elevator ordeal she said oh sorry the guy last night called me but i missed his call . Wow that was the only sorry we got .....
