Featuring a private balcony each room at OUTRIGGER Kaua'i Beach Resort & Spa is equipped with a compact refrigerator cable TV and iPod docking station. Naupaka Terrace Restaurant offers daily breakfast in a beautiful setting. The Driftwood Bar and Grill features poolside lunches and drinks with ocean views. The hotel lobby was very nice, open and big. There are large windows and some conversation pit seating. There was live music at the shutters lounge in the evening that provided a nice atmosphere. We stayed at a remodeled room and it was clean and quiet.

The outdoor area needs some maintenance. There were not many lounge chairs, and they were old. Some of the tiles near the pools are cracked or missing. The bathroom needs to be renovated and one of the stalls was out of service.

The ambiance of the hotel was amazing. Yes the hotel is older which creates a more relaxed atmosphere. The staff was amazing, and the views this resort had were fantastic. There is not one thing I liked best, as the entirety of our stay was the best part.

I liked that it was close to the airport and steps from the ocean.

I didn't like that we were put in a room that smelled really bad. It was very musty in there and the carpet was pulling up off of the floor. It also faced the top of a building. The did let us switch rooms at an extra $30.00 a night cost. Parking $30 day.

We booked last minute and the room had a great view.

Parking is $20 a night. No water fountains anywhere besides fitness center. The sheets on our bed were stained when we got there. . Chromecast didnt work.

Nice location and very peaceful

Pool was super super cold. Didn't even swim for more then 1min. Stayed there so we could relax at the pool and enjoy the day but couldn't even do that. Pool was empty for hours because it was way to cold.

Beautiful sunrise on the beach. Friendly staff. Nice, comfortable bed.

Sink didnt drain. Lots of fees tacked on to the price when we arrived.
