Great stay for our 1st time stay at YOTEL in SF.:). The guest parking zone is useful for us.
No parking space at the property.
Location, location, location. Located on Market Street about 0.5 miles from Moscone Convention center was ideal for my trip as I was able to easily walk back and forth from the hotel to the Convention center for my meetings.
The room was very small and did not have a chair and desk to sit at. Granted, the space was already very small, and there was no place to put a chair or desk as a permanent fixture. But possibly, having a folding chair (in view of the space limitations) would have helped. It would have been nice to have a chair to sit on.
Good location, clean rooms
Nothing
Modern,tiny room but comfortable bed.
This hotel is at the WORST cross street in all of San Francisco! There are hundreds of homeless people that congregate on the next block and they are all walking in front of the hotel. They keep the lobby door locked and you have to have a card or get buzzed in to enter. At night it's really hard to see where the entrance is, as it's not lit up or very defined. By the time we got in, we thought we were going to be mugged or worse. I am from New York City and I'm used to street people, but this was like being in zombie land. Do not stay here, it's not safe!!
Location is great. Room is clean but small.
Breakfast is very basic. No cleaning kit was provided
.....central location ,clean facilities
Rite on the edge of tenderloin district ...this is not so aesthetically pleasing, the toilet and sink are in the bedroom and the shower is a shower tray sized cubicle ..in the room , no desk area . This is a ok place for a night or two but anything longer look else where
I liked the hip styling of the hotel.
Terrible location with no on-site parking and no mini fridge or microwave in any rooms. The hotel is in the worst part of town with homeless people everywhere. The closet place to park is a parking garage a full city block away. You have to park there then walk through all the homeless people. Also, if you don't know in advance to set up an account with the company that manages to parking garage, it is a real pain in the ass to try to figure it out on the go. It kind of sucks not having a mini fridge to keeps drinks cold or a microwave to warm up some dinner too.
