Comfortable bed

Expensive breakfast, rude staff, cold reception area and $15 a night for parking. $75 a night hold in case you take something or break something. Not classy at all. This hotel is not up to Hilton hotel standards.

Staff were friendly, accommodating and attentive!

I find it annoying, on the verge of gouging, that there are so many hidden fees/taxes/etc., that you don’t know until you receive your bill.

All expectations were met.

The location on east Broadway has always been a key reason to choose this particular Hilton. The building high glass window rising from the entrance/lobby floor provides an epic view of the north bound Santa Catalina mountains from every floor.
