I like the conveniency that it was next to everything mainly walking distance.
Close to transport, comfortable big room, friendly staff
Our toliet was blocked on arrival and we had to unblock ourselves Other than that it was all good
The gym and pool were nice. The room was spacious and clean. Location was good.
Room was very clean and location three blocks from Bourbon St with Tram stop outside hotel on canal Street
The location is perfect. It couldn't have been better. The room was huge.
A lot of stuff was broken. Door felt pretty weak. You could hear everything in the hallway. Only one elevator was working and no stairs.
No breakfast at the hotel
Parking charges way too much
The room size was sufficient, and clean. Location was close to main attractions but not so close that the crowd and noise was a factor.
No microwave in the rooms. There was only 1 microwave for the hotel guests. It was two levels below and the hotel had 100's of guests. The small refrigerator was flimsy and after 24 hours, my bottle of water was still warm. Regulating the air conditioner was extremely difficult, it was either to col or too warm. No comfortable medium.
