When you first walk in to check in
Its time to redo the rooms in that hotel mood rust and everything else
Location was good
A/c did not work well, hotel also needed a good handyman. No icemaker on floor, had to keep curtain closed or room overheated. For an Embassy Suites it was quite poor-especially for the high in season rates we paid.
No towels available upon check in. A/C had to be fixed during the stay. Once towels were delivered, they just left a big bag of assorted towels at the door. No extra toilet paper provided and the door key battery was low and didn't work consistently.

There wasn't any complimentary water
Check-in took over 20 minutes because there was only one receptionist that couldn't resolve problems quickly. Didn't disclose the $18 day parking for outside parking. Noise from party guests continued until 3 in the morning. I would not stay here again.

The receptionists were amazingly kind! Breakfast was beyond excellent I will definitely come back. Our room was neat, very clean and the same as the pictures on the website! The jacuzzi was super fun.
There was absolutely nothing to dislike .
