The amenities.
At the pool the first drink was perfection, in the second one they didnt use the same ingredients.
Beautiful pools, great entertainment
Beautiful location
I booked through booking and the agent wouldnt let me in without the card that was used on file.
Rooms were very large with ample storage. The musician displays were very cool. The guitar light show was amazing. The pool was beautiful and loved the waterside. The elevator security guard was appreciated. I used the no smoking section of the casino when possible.
We had a very hard time getting a view point for the light show. We asked many employees for directions and they were not helpful. They didn't seem to know about the show or where it was. We were given the wrong room number at check in. Wine was very expensive at the bars, $22 a glass for house. The air Quality was horrible due to the smoking. It was hard to get into a sports bar to watch football. Finding the correct parking garage for the hotel was confusing. We understood there was a rooftop lounge and venue but it seemed to be closed
