Vending machines and water fountains don’t work, roaches in the room, walls falling apart, rust in bathroom, ants crawling out of ac unit, cigarette burns in sheets, smelled terrible, walls extremely thin, and people revving cars and blasting music outside

Not a thing it was rundown there were roaches water damage. The AC didn’t work.

My recent stay at your establishment was highly disappointing and well below acceptable standards for hospitality. **Concerns:** 1. **Breakfast:** Despite the standard inclusion, no breakfast was provided. 2. **Customer Service:** The staff were rude and exhibited a careless attitude throughout my stay. 3. **Room Condition:** - There was a broken window with a bullet hole, posing a significant safety risk. - The drawers in the room were both broken and dirty. - The bed sheets had multiple holes, indicating poor maintenance and hygiene. - The phone in the room was non-functional, preventing any direct communication with reception. - The bathroom doors were damaged on both sides, compromising privacy. - The water pressure was extremely low, making it difficult and time-consuming to take a bath. - The wash basin and commode were rusting, which is unacceptable for basic sanitary standards. 4. **Lighting:** Several light bulbs in the room were fused, leading to inadequate lighting. 5. **Towels:** The towels provided were old and stained, reflecting poor laundry practices. Based on these factors, it is clear that this establishment lacks basic customer service and quality standards. I would strongly advise against staying here until significant improvements are made.

Location and staff were perfect

There were so many roaches. The bathroom fixtures were in terrible condition and the shower hardly worked. The lightbulb in the lamp was burnt out and it smelled musky and moldy throughout the place. It was as clean as you can get an old facility

The whole room Was full of Cockroaches the bathroom Was very dirty and also full of insects there Was mold on the wall and did not take a shower because it Was full of Cockroach also, disscusting never going back, mi daughter couldent even sleep

They mentioned that breakfast was included but it was not. No hot water kettle or coffee arrangements. Staff mentioned that we do not do late check outs .... Anything over 11am will be charged full day. 10:30 am, housekeeping just opened our room and found us inside and than asking why are we not checked out... So we said we will by 11 am.
