We had a 2 night stop in Naples and the hotel was easy to find, perfectly located close to amenities and very comfortable. The room had an amazing view and although located very close to the airport had excellent soundproofing to prevent any noise from the frequently arriving private jets (every 10 minutes or so).
I didn't like the fact that we had to pay $20 per night to park the car park in the car park joined to the hotel in addition to the room cost - this was very disappointing, poor show Mr Hyatt!
The hotel reception team were very understanding and were able to support us moving rooms after night 1
We were given a room with no accessible windows/daylight (window was behind headboard of the bed) TV was not working. Burst pipes meant that the hallways were covered in buckets and ceiling tiles hanging down in the corridors. The music was far too loud at the rooftop bar that guests were leaving to avoid blasting eardrums, as the staff refused to turn the base down. People smoking drugs, when asked bar staff if they could stop them was told "it's called the hi bar for a reason" No prioritisation for hotel guests during happy hours, so had to wait ages for refreshments. When asked if we could be served by the pool, we were told "too busy to be serving you here, you'll have to queue up with everyone else" It was a very popular happy hour for general public to come into for their swimming pool photoshoots! The building is very tired, needs a lot of investment. Definitely not up to Dream Hyatt brand standards. Still awaiting a response from my complaint! A very disappointing visit!
