Staff is the only positive experience in this hotel

There was a loud fire alarm that came on 3 days. Room service is terrible ,they didn't respet my reservation and wanted to give me a room in a different building across the street.

The public area is big; especially the pool area, the servers and staff are friendly. The three out of four restaurants has limited menus but food are decent.

Beach location is not swimmable, too dangerous. The pool are entertainers were too loud all day long with events and music (not relaxing). The adult pool area has a few shaded areas. The room toilet & shower had little pressure and didn't flush right.

I love the view of the beach and the room was nice and almost had everything we needed.

There were things advertised on the website that was not true. There was no 24/7 room service and the room service was not included. They wanted another $15. No food access after 10pm is crazy. Also pools were not heated as advertised.

Staff. Understaffed, however staff was excellent considering what they had to work with.

Resorts restaurants, Food C- Inconsistent quality/poor to medium. Understaffed housekeeping services very late. 6 am alarm to get poolside lounge required. Bad guest behavior not curtailed. After 6 yrs not return or recommend.

The staff was great and there was an adult pool.

Road noise made sleeping almost impossible and we had hot water only 2 of the 5 days. Resort could use some updating.

The room was clean, comfortable and had a spectacular view from the balcony. It exceeded our expectations overall. The service in the a la carte restaurants was very good, as was the service from the waiters at the pool. Some went over and above.

We would have spent more time on the balcony, but there was no outdoor furniture on it. The service from the wait staff at the breakfast buffet restaurant required much patience for coffee or water. Chairs by the adult pool were very scarce after 8 am.

Did not explain everything available to us as an inclusive. Had to figure things out by ourselves or by asking other patrons.
