Located inside the Disney Springs Resort area, Renaissance Orlando Resort And Spa, an Official Walt Disney World Hotel, features 394 modern guest rooms. Disney Springs is a short 8-minute walk from the resort. The resort offers Free WiFi for guests throughout the property. Location

We weren't allowed to check in till after 8pm. The pool wasn't open, the restaurant was very over priced which would be fine if it was quality food but it was terrible and they tacked on 18 percent gratuity. I wouldn't mind but again the food was awful

Staff was great and attentive. Restaurant food was delicious. Shuttle to Disney parks and close location to Disney Springs.

The welcome letter stated there was a shuttle to the outlet mall but that was no longer available. The pool was closed and they offered a neighboring hotel that you had to walk to, again no shuttle. Was stuck in elevator that felt like a horror ride.

Rooms were nice. Restaurant staff very friendly

When booked there is no mention of the pool being unusable or having to pay for parking. Would not have booked had I known that in advance.

Location close to disney springs. Shuttle provided every hour

No vending machines. Store closes so you have to uber food if your hungry after the parks. Ice machine was not working on 11th floor. Center elevator needs a sign on the outside saying what floors it goes to or make it more visible.One elevator working
