Convenient, modern, clean. Safe and staff were very professional and helpful.

The location was the best. Metro was so close.

They charged extra to check in early, I’ve never had a hotel charge for that before. The floor was not cleaned in the bathroom or room. Crumbs were in the chairs. I had to call a couple of times to get someone to come clean it up. When I called guest services they kept telling me to call the front desk.

Proximity to everything was nice.

Elevator was complicated to use until we actually read the directions. LoL

The baristas at Starbucks were over-the-top friendly and gracious. Especially David.

No room service. The only restaurant in the hotel had mostly rich, exotic meal choices. We just wanted something simple. I would have been thrilled to find a club sandwich. There were not even any restaurants nearby!

The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was nice. I loved the fact that Starbucks was in the hotel.

I did not like that the description stated that there was a mini bar and when I got in the room the mini bar was not filled. I purchased the room for the amenities. I also didn't like that the lady at the front desk never stated that only two bottles of water was free. I read over the paperwork and noticed that only two bottles of water were free, and I stayed there for three days. Not two bottles a day but two bottles the whole stay. I was not told about the $10.00 a day food credit for the restaurant CURE. I just believe that as much as I spent on the room, the communication could have been a lot better.
