The location is great, close to Disney Springs, highway, etc. the pool and activities were the best part. The restaurant was decent, good staff/quick service.
Front desk staff. The long lines and inadequate staff. There was one particular girl who did not come to work. She would stand around, not help during the rush, pretend to be on a computer (that doesn’t work), and play with her friend. The other girl wanted to work but didn’t know how with limited resources. My room key wouldn’t work. I went to the desk 3 times with my kids soaking wet and cold. I was told that the engineer would come and he never did. The room was lacking washcloths and toiletries. Booking.com states free breakfast but it’s not true.
