Clean, nice staff. Appreciated the refillable water bottle.
The fan in the room was very loud. The TV didn’t work properly and an amenity listed wasn’t available even though I was charged an amenity fee.
Location good and staff was friendly.
No breakfast even though advertised because they couldn’t find the member of staff responsible for cooking the breakfast for three days in a row. Resort fee not justifiable because streaming and Internet didn’t work and no afternoon treats were available. Reception staff friendly but completely clueless couldn’t even point out the location of the hotel on a map.
Friendly staff, good parking lot & not too expensive, dog friendly (like really, not just tolerated), decent bed, able to turn on shower without getting in. Quiet rooms - we couldn't hear anyone in the hallway or above us.
Just comforters/no top sheet but the AC doesn't work well enough to keep you cool enough to use them. Ended up with a sticky, sweaty night & not in the good way. Water pressure was abysmal. The shower has a rain showerhead & open shower (no door) that somehow didn't get you wet enough and yet got water all over the tiny bathroom. It's an old building & you can tell they tried to "modernize" it but fell short. And this is petty but they offered sparkling water on tap in the lobby, but the carbonation was barely there.
